This place is awesome. Exceptional quality baked goods and, hands down amidst some pretty good competition, the absolute best sausage egg and cheese sandwich in the area, all the way from Kent to the Mass border. The reason the sausage egg and cheese, or BEC if you prefer, is superior lies in the freshly baked bun as well as the quality of the local eggs. I love the sandwiches at both Gifford and Wilson’s down in Kent, but this one is better, primarily just for the bread. We also had cinnamon rolls (pictured below), awesome. Glad they are here and worth a drive or a stop by if you’re on Route 7

We regularly stop in to pickup breakfast sandwiches. They are the best! The breads are so moist, soft and fresh. We tried one bagel and one croissant sandwich. The eggs were soft with runny yoke and bacon crispy with a warm buttery cheese. We could not have imagined it would taste so good. They also have a large variety of sweet baked good to try!! We love this place.

My friends and I had finished just finished a hard, rainy weekend canoeing on the Housatonic. By Sunday morning we were eager to get going and forwent breakfast in camp, deciding we would stop at the first place we saw for coffee and sandwiches. Little did we know we were making one of the best decisions we made all weekend. Every single item we got was of exceptional quality, from the coffee to the sandwiches to the pastries. All of us ended going back for more because it was just so good. The service was excellent, and thank you for recommending the incredible aioli to go with the sandwiches! This place is a MUST visit!

Absolutely the best quality of breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and pastries. The food fills the belly and the soul. Perfect for a morning walk on the Housatonic or a morning pick-me-up. Can't recommend enough, you need to stop here!

We found this amazing gem on google from an older post about their breakfast sandwiches. It’s the most wonderful hidden oasis. Opened only on weekends Fri-Sun 8am until they sell out. Bruce and Yobana have figured out the recipe for success with this small quaint bakery. We drive 90min each direction regularly for their decadent baked goods and the best breakfast sandwich my husband or I have ever had. Bruce makes every breakfast sandwich with love and care. You can taste it everytime!! Yobana is so friendly and caring she remembers most everyone’s names, and their orders. They both have created a warm welcoming annd charming atmosphere. There is also a wonderful vintage shop outside the bakery space that will consume your attention while you wait. It’s definitely a weekend must for our family outings.
